Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy, born on November 25, 1968 is a Canadian actor from Canada. She is best known for her roles on the American television series Law & Order, on where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three seasons as well as Crossing Jordan, on which she was the main character, Jordan Cavanaugh, for six seasons. She also appeared in films like RoboCop 3 (most wanted) and Crossing Jordan (which she wrote and directed). Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. Her father, John Hennessy, was a meat salesman as well as a sales/marketing executive. It was a job that required considerable travel and resulted in frequent moves for the family. Maxine Her mother, also known as Maxine, died in the year 1982. Her daughter was left under the care of Eleanor Her paternal grandmother. John Paul Hennessy Jr. has a younger brother, as well as Jacqueline is a twin sister. Jacqueline is host and journalist for an upcoming Canadian television show. Her sister and she made their acting debut as twin callgirls on 1988's Dead Ringers. According to Gillian Anderson (the actress who played the part) She was selected for Dana Scully's role in The X-Files. In 1993, Hennessy was signed by Dick Wolf as Claire Kincaid as the assistant district attorney on the NBC crime drama Law & Order. The role ran for three seasons. The show ended in 1996.
