Mila Kunis
American
actress born on August 14 1984. At the age of 14, she was the first to be a
part of Jackie Burkhart's character on the Fox show That's 70s (1998-2006).
Kunis has been voiced by Meg Griffin since 1999 on Fox's animated series Family
Guy. Kunis was the first actress to appear in a film, portraying Rachel in
Forgetting Sarah Marshall in 2008. She received more critical acclaim and
recognition for her performance in the psychological thriller Black Swan
(2010), which earned her the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Actor or
Actress, as well as nominations for the SAG Award and the Golden Globe Award
for Best Supporting Actress. Some of the notable films she's starred in are Max
Payne (2008) and The Book of Eli (2010). She was also featured in the romantic
comedy Friends with Benefits (2011). Oz the Great and Powerful (2013) is a
fantasy film that focuses on the Wicked Witch of the West. Ted (2012), Bad Moms
(2016) and its sequel A Bad Moms Christmas 2017 are her other film projects.
Milena Markovna Kunis was the child of an Ukrainian Jewish family. She was born
on August 14 1983 in Chernivtsi (now Ukraine) to an Ukrainian Jewish mother and
father. Mark Kunis, her mechanical engineer father, works as a taxi driver. Kunis
has an older brother, Michael. Her parents were survivors of the Holocaust. Her
mother tongue and common language within her family is Russian.
